Elite One, LLC is a social change company embracing a unified soccer community that works together for the benefit of all to best grow and improve participation. Elite One, LLC is proudly independent, and we are committed to providing high quality events, programs, and services that are open to all youth soccer players.
      The name Elite One helps to convey the message – “elite” because the events are quality, innovative, and high level, and “one” because of the commitment to unity within the soccer landscape. 
    • Adam Greenfield, LAT, ATC
      Director of Sports Medicine
      With more than 17 years in the athletic training and sports medicine setting, Adam joins the Elite One Cup team having worked with youth and professional athletes around the country and with a wide array of sporting organizations in many facets of sport. Adam is the founder of Premier Sports Medicine and serves as the CEO and President. Adam has previously worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL) and for the Atlanta Silverbacks (NASL), in addition to various high school sports settings. 
    • Ed Marco
      Director of Referee Development

      Ed has been involved with soccer since age seven and as a Referee for the past 30 years. Ed has also been on staff with US Soccer as a Technical Advisor and is a US Soccer National Referee Emeritus and National Referee Coach. In 2008, Ed was appointed by FIFA to the International Panel of Referee Instructors and Lecturers for Futsal making him one of 3 in CONCACAF and 19 in the world. FIFA also appointed Ed as Referee Assessor for the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Colombia 2016. As a NISOA National Clinician and National Referee Emeritus, Ed has developed and presented much of the educational materials used for the National Referee Academies each year.

      With more than 15 years of experience, Katia has been influential with her expertise and professionalism in the youth soccer landscape. Katia is highly respected by players, parents, and coaches across the United States for her commitment to make the athletes' experience the best it can be, both on and off the field. Katia previously served as the National Administrator for the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program, where she was responsible for all facets of domestic and international event implementation, and player and parent communication. Katia has also served at the regional, state, and club administrative levels.  
      • Greg Smith, PhD
        With more than 20 years of professional experience in youth soccer, Greg launched Elite One, LLC with a commitment to innovation, quality, and unity. Greg has expertise in program development, implementation, and evaluation. He previously served in a number of leadership roles within the soccer landscape where he has strengthened partnerships, created new opportunities for players, and made operational changes resulting in large increases in player participation. After leading the creation, adoption, and implementation of some of the most progressive programs and services over the past ten years, the Elite One Cup is the next evolution.
